Optech announces 6th International Terrestrial Laser Scanning User Meeting

Optech Incorporated,manufacturer of advanced lidar and camera survey instruments, announces that it will be holding its 6th International Terrestrial Laser Scanning User Meeting on June 26-27, 2012 in Nice, France.

End-users and selected experts in both static and mobile terrestrial laser scanning will present practical, real-world projects and examples. These presentations will engender discussions on different set-ups, strategies, successes and challenges in using lidar in an ever-changing marketplace. Topics will include effective mapping techniques applied to a variety of applications—from natural hazards to engineered formations—and how to successfully take a project from field measurements to creating final deliverables.
