Louisiana Board of Regents to Manage Fiber Network with Esri

The State of Louisiana Board of Regents recently selected geographic information system (GIS) technology from Esri and Esri partner 3-GIS to manage its fiber network and oversee construction of new infrastructure. The Louisiana Board of Regents plans, coordinates, and maintains budgetary responsibility for the state's public higher education community, including 19 public colleges, universities, and professional schools.
